I bought a Seagate expansion 4tb portable external drive for my PS4 pro. I was expecting 100 MB per second but I'm getting about 45 MB when moving games If I manage to get in the game (which I mostly can't because of the first issue) i can't create, share, save or download any wraps! I've tried everything that came to my mind to fix it (reset router, tried different LAN-cables, restored PSN licenses).
